These are the stories of Stanford, a lively young pup who must work for his kibbles. He is my son's service dog. Enjoy the antics of these two as they grow up and work together!

Today I was all alone.

I'm not sure what kind of trouble that little white PITA was in, but she was missing all day. I sat in my kennel and just stared into her empty one.  I kept wondering if she'd ever come back (I hope not, I hope not!).

I laid facing the front of the kennel, then I shifted around a bit and looked at the back of the kennel. I licked myself (because I can) and slept some more.  It was kind of lonesome in here....no one to stare at, no one yippity yappin'.  Then I thought, what if I disappear next? That boggled the mind.

But at 5:15 the alarm did it's magic beep and the door opened! My people were home!  Mom came and let me out of the kennel and I ran upstairs (carrying scooby doo with me) and there she was!  Should I be happy or should I be sad?  I guess I was kind of happy, til she started biting me on the ear.  She smelled like a place I couldn't quite put my finger on.....ah ha!  The vet's office!  They love me there! I am the favorite dog, I get to run around loose in the office and greet everyone and play with the kitties! What was she doing there?  She better not be their favorite now!

I did see a new bag of food....urinary health. Hmmmm....what does that mean????  I hope that's not for me cause it's a small bag!

I Heart the Snow!

We have some small drifts in the back yard, so I love to run out in the morning and plow through them!  But the little dog gets high centered and I snicker!  She can't get through them like I can!

Now it's raining pellets. I wonder if they make drifts?  The little dog is too precious to make pee pee and poo poo when it's raining or snowing, so she goes in the house.  She gets in trouble (tee hee).  I am a good dog and I do my bidness outside!  It's not polite to piddle inside.

I got a bath on Sunday at the new groomer's. I am one good lookin' mutt!  I got to play with a yellow lab, he was fun but he had to wear this funny collar with a box on it. He sure was quiet!!   I was tired when I got home and slept the rest of the day!  But I still smell a bit like cimmonim....whatever that is.....

I hope the bunny is out back in the morning. I'm going to catch him one day when he least expects it.  Good night all and happy puppy dreams!
